Give yourself something to point to
Track Your Wins
Small things count. Write down what needed doing, what you did, and what changed. You won't have to rely on memory when someone asks what you bring.
For adults 18+. Your notes stay in this tab unless you choose to save them to your account. Refreshing or leaving clears unsaved work. No AI reads or writes these notes.
Keep it general. Leave out names, contact details, health or money details, customer information, and confidential work information. Don't paste documents. Use only facts you're allowed to share.
Start with one recent example. You'll leave with talking points for an interview, review, or conversation about your work. Returning? Open your saved work.
Add a win

What counts as a win? See an example
What needed doing: The same question kept coming up during handoffs.
What I did: I wrote a short checklist and asked the team to review it.
What changed: The next handoff needed fewer follow-up questions.
What backs it up: Feedback from the people who used the checklist.
This is fictional. Use what actually happened; you don't need impressive numbers or a big promotion.
Keep your work before leaving. Closing or refreshing this tab clears unsaved work. Download a copy, or save to your account. Your browser may warn you before leaving, but mobile browsers don’t always show that warning.

Save temporarily or download to keep
This isn’t permanent storage for your career history. Download regularly to keep your record. Optional: save up to five journals in your account. Each is kept for 30 days after its last save. Opening it doesn't extend that time. Download anything you want to keep longer.
