Support & privacy requests

Check the home page for current service availability. Account and privacy support remain available.

Operator: Jeremy Fusilier, an individual operating in Florida. Contact: thefusiliercorporation@gmail.com.

Account and privacy

In Account, you can export or delete stored data, correct your nickname, update your state, withdraw personalized-question processing consent, and review changed terms. Rights controls do not require accepting new terms, granting processing consent or using an AI question. Some security changes require signing in again within the last 10 minutes.

Personalized-question choice

The separate processing-consent choice is off by default. You can decline and use general career resources without an account or consent. In Account, choose Stop personal questions and delete saved History and confirm to withdraw. This stops personalized questions, turns History saving off and deletes all saved History from the active database; your account remains. A request already sent to the AI cannot be recalled. It is different from simply turning History saving off, which preserves earlier entries. See the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice for health-data processing and rights.

Email login and recovery

When email login is enabled, choose Email and password in Sign in. Verify the email link before your first sign-in; check spam or use Recover → Resend verification. Complete setup within 24 hours. To add email to an existing account, sign in with its passkey, choose Add email and password in Account, verify the email, then return to Account and finish linking. Do not create a second app account to link an existing one.

Use Recover → Forgot password to request a reset. For security, the response does not confirm whether an address has an account. Email delivery has limits and may be delayed. Linked accounts use email recovery, not their old recovery code. Password resets invalidate older password sessions on their next request but leave passkeys and passkey sessions active. Contact the operator for a compromised device/passkey or an email correction; never send a password or verification/reset link.

After successful account authentication, deleting an account removes active app data and requests deletion of its Firebase login. If the provider deletion request fails, the interface says deletion is pending and daily maintenance retries it. An authentication outage may require trying again later, using an existing passkey, or contacting the operator. Interrupted email setup can retain a provider identifier and start time beyond its 24-hour expiry until the creation outcome is reconciled. Contact the operator if you need confirmation. Firebase backup retention is separate; see Privacy. No authentication email enrolls you in a mailing list.

For a manual request, contact the operator above with the type of request (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, appeal, or other right), your account nickname if you have one, and a reply address. The operator will verify account control and respond within applicable deadlines. The target is completion within 30 calendar days of receipt, sooner if required. A lawful extension or refusal will be explained, with appeal instructions. To appeal, identify the decision and explain what should be reconsidered. Do not send identity documents, authentication codes, sensitive question text or health records. If all credentials are lost, verification may not be possible; the operator will explain available options. Applicable rights are not limited by these instructions.

Report an unsafe answer or accessibility barrier

Describe the issue in general terms, the approximate date, and the page or feature. Do not forward an entire chat, a health narrative or confidential employer material. Nothing from the assistant is automatically attached to a support request. Only provide a short example with identifying and sensitive information removed if you choose and the operator needs it. Support is not a health-data intake service.

Conversation context and saved History

Current-tab conversation context clears on refresh, sign-out, closing the page, or New conversation. Optional account History is separate and off by default. If you enable saving, successful questions and answers can be retrieved in History for up to 30 days, with a maximum of 50 pairs. Saved entries are never automatically added to a new conversation. Turning saving off does not delete earlier entries; use the History deletion controls or delete your account. Export is available in Account.

Expired History becomes inaccessible immediately. Daily maintenance removes expired rows from the active database; a maintenance failure can delay physical removal. Provider backups expire separately. Deletion does not erase copies you previously downloaded or text already displayed on another device. See the Privacy Notice for processing and retention details.

Not monitored for emergencies

Support is not live crisis monitoring. In the US, call or text 988 or visit 988 Lifeline. For immediate physical danger, call 911. Outside the US, use local crisis or emergency services.
