Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Version: 2026-09-19.3. Updated September 19, 2026.
Jeremy Fusilier, an individual operating in Florida, operates Career AI. For health-data privacy requests, contact thefusiliercorporation@gmail.com. This notice explains health-related information that may arise in career questions. We do not request health records or provide medical care.
Categories and sources
A career question, recent current-tab conversation or generated answer may incidentally reveal physical or mental health status, a disability, symptoms or a condition, pregnancy or other reproductive or sexual health circumstances, or health care sought or received. These facts may be stated directly or inferred from your text by the AI; an inference may be wrong. We do not intentionally create health profiles. Information can be linked to your account or session, so it is not necessarily anonymous.
The sources are the text you choose to submit, up to three recent question-and-answer pairs sent again from the same tab, and the AI response generated from that text. If you independently send a privacy request by email, we also receive what you send; do not include a health narrative or records. We do not obtain health information from brokers, employers, health providers or other apps, or track you across third-party websites to infer health status.
Purpose and your choice
With your separate processing consent, Jeremy Fusilier and Cloudflare process this text only to screen the submission and provide the career guidance you request. Screening itself processes text and can miss sensitive information. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details, identifying information, health records or someone else's information. The processing-consent choice is off by default and is separate from terms and from optional History saving. It does not authorize new categories or purposes, advertising, sale or model training.
You may decline and use general career resources without an account or processing consent. Free-text personalized questions require the choice because their content must be processed to screen and answer them. Your existing account, privacy controls and support remain available if you decline or withdraw. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable rights.
Recipients and necessary service processing
Cloudflare is the hosting, security, database and AI processor necessary to provide this requested service. It receives the categories above when present in submitted text, context or generated output. If you separately enable History, its D1 database stores those saved questions and answers in encrypted form. Authorized operator access can decrypt them for the requested History and rights functions; this is not end-to-end encryption. We do not disclose these categories to advertisers, data brokers, employers or affiliates, and we do not sell consumer health data or use it for targeted advertising. There are no affiliate recipients.
Google Firebase Authentication receives login information, not career questions, answers or History. Google Gmail receives information you independently email to support. Health facts are not needed for support or account verification: send only the request and minimum account reference, not a transcript. We restrict and remove unnecessary health information if received. Any legally compelled disclosure is limited to what applicable law requires or permits; this is not authorization for an independent commercial use.
Cloudflare's Workers AI data-use documentation restricts using customer content for model training or service improvement without explicit customer consent. We do not authorize that use for career conversations. Provider service/security records, optional storage and backups have separate retention; we do not promise zero provider retention.
Retention and withdrawal
Current-tab context is held in page memory and cleared by refresh, sign-out, closing the page or New conversation. We do not write question or answer text to application logs. History is off by default. If separately enabled, up to 50 successful pairs are accessible for up to 30 days; older entries may be removed sooner for the cap. Expired entries become inaccessible immediately and are removed from the active database during daily maintenance. Maintenance failures may delay physical removal. Cloudflare D1 Time Travel backups on Workers Free have a seven-day window. Provider security records and copies you download are separate.
In Account, choose Stop personal questions and delete saved History and confirm to withdraw. This stops personalized questions, turns History saving off and deletes all saved History from the active database. It clears that tab's conversation and blocks stale answers/saves when the server detects the change. A request already sent to the AI cannot be recalled. Withdrawal does not instantly erase already completed processing, displayed/downloaded copies or backups. Contact support if you cannot use the control. Merely turning History saving off is different: it stops future saves but does not delete earlier entries.
Access, correction, deletion and appeal
Use Account and History to access/export or delete your stored information, or request help at the contact above. You can request confirmation of health-data processing, information about recipients, withdrawal, deletion or correction, and appeal a refusal. Identify the request and your account nickname if you have one; no health explanation, password, recovery code or identity document is needed. We verify account control proportionately. Ordinary requests are free; applicable statutory exceptions and rights remain.
Our target is to complete requests within 30 calendar days of receipt, sooner where required. Washington health requests generally require a response within 45 days of receipt, with a lawful extension explained within that period; Nevada health deletion is due within 30 days after authentication. We authenticate promptly rather than treating verification as permission to delay. We notify processors or other recipients of deletion when required and distinguish active deletion from permitted backup expiry. Restored data must have intervening deletions reapplied before service resumes.
To appeal, email the same address and identify the decision being appealed. For Washington or Nevada health-data appeals, we respond in writing within 45 days of receipt and explain the outcome. If an appeal is denied, you may complain to the Washington Attorney General, the Nevada Attorney General, or the regulator for your state. Other applicable rights and shorter deadlines are not limited by this notice.
Changes
We post material changes here with a revised date and notify users before they take effect where required. Additional health-data categories or purposes requiring consent will need a new affirmative choice before processing, not merely continued use. Prior versions remain available.
