Find Your Strengths and Track Your Wins run in this tab. Notes aren't sent to AI. We don't store them in your browser's local storage or send them to our server unless you choose account saving. Refreshing or leaving clears the working copy. Normal hosting and security information is still processed as described in our Privacy Notice.

Optional account saving

Each save needs its own unchecked confirmation. We keep your brief notes, selected choices, dates, tool version, saving notice and save/expiry times. Each account can save five strengths worksheets with up to three examples each, and five journals with up to 15 wins each. Each text field is limited to 300 characters. Don't include sensitive information, someone else's personal information, or confidential work details.

Notes are encrypted before storage with Cloudflare. This is service-managed encryption, not end-to-end encryption; authorized operational access remains possible. Saving doesn't enable chat History, send notes to AI, or enroll you in a newsletter. Notes and derived results aren't sold, used for advertising or email targeting, shared with employers, or used to make employment decisions.

Keeping and removing notes

Each save starts a new 30-day period for that entire worksheet or journal. Opening it doesn't extend the time. Expired items are hidden immediately and removed by daily cleanup. Provider backups expire separately under the main Privacy Notice. You can open, edit and save again, download, or delete each item. Account export includes your notes; account deletion removes them. Turning off chat processing or deleting chat History doesn't remove these separate notes. Downloaded copies remain on your device until you delete them.

What results mean

The strengths tool groups examples by the action you select. It doesn't analyze your writing, measure ability, diagnose anything, or predict which job will suit you. Its suggestions are possibilities to check with practice and feedback. The wins tool arranges your own words into talking points. It doesn't verify them or add achievements. Both tools are for adults 18+.
