Career management terms
Version: career-management-2026-10-25.1 · Effective October 25, 2026. These terms supplement the existing career-site Terms and Privacy Notice.
Educational purpose and your decisions
This workspace teaches Assess → Define → Strategize → Execute → Evaluate → Maintain within the five Becoming the Blueprint pillars. It is an educational self-assessment and planning service, not a scientifically validated psychometric test, employment assessment, professional advice or personal coaching. Scores reflect your reported behavior over the past 12 months. No combined overall career score is produced. The service does not guarantee a job, promotion, raise, successful decision or other outcome. A sound decision can still produce an unfavorable result.
Account and content
Use the existing eligible-adult account. Keep your credentials secure. Only submit content you are authorized to provide. Leave out private or confidential employer information and personal information about others. You control your priorities and plans; suggestions do not replace judgment or qualified advice. Access and capacity limits can apply. Up to 96 unexpired career-management records are supported initially; review revisions count as records. Export or remove old records if you reach the limit. No record will be silently overwritten to make room.
Operational administration and monitoring
Authorized administrators may view individual records for support, security or data-quality review, with a stated purpose and an access log. This is not unrestricted permission to reuse, publish or market with your responses. Monitoring is selective and not continuous; no one promises to read every submission or detect every issue. Do not use this service for crisis support, emergencies, legal claims or sensitive health narratives. Account export includes the available operational access receipts. Administrative review is distinct from consulting access.
Consulting remains optional
You can complete the assessment, manage plans and submit reviews without buying services. A consultation request does not authorize a consultant to read your records. Any future consultant access must identify the person, selected information, purpose, duration and revocation process. Consultant access is not enabled in this release. No consultation pricing, package, payment or service commitment is established by this release.
Saving and history
The retention and deletion rules in the Privacy Notice apply. Opening a record does not renew it. Submitted reviews are separate records; corrections create a new submission. Completed assessments remain unchanged; reassessment creates another attempt. Plan edits preserve the separate review history, but this first release does not retain every intermediate keystroke or draft edit. Export anything you need longer. Provider backups and operational receipts may outlast active-record deletion as described in Privacy.
Availability, support and changes
The existing liability and mandatory consumer-rights provisions remain applicable. We may pause new saving for security, capacity or operational reasons while preserving access, export and deletion where available. Material new uses require appropriate review and notice. You will be notified of material changes as required. A change that needs a new acknowledgment or separate permission is not authorized merely by continuing to use the site.
