Career management privacy notice
Version: career-management-2026-10-25.1 · Effective October 25, 2026.
Operator: Jeremy Fusilier Sr., Florida. Contact thefusiliercorporation@gmail.com. This notice supplements the career-site Privacy Notice. The existing account and free tools remain separate.
Information and purpose
We store your 24 assessment answers, optional examples, assessment attempts, career-plan fields, up to three priorities per cycle, status and target dates, plan activation dates, and separate review submissions. We use them to calculate two educational dimension scores, display your workspace, and support your plan and review history. Optional examples are not required for scoring. These self-reported scores are not measures of employability or potential.
Use general descriptions. Do not enter employer or third-party names, contact details, credentials, private employer records, exact pay, financial account information, medical information or confidential material. The workspace does not automatically remove confidential details from your writing. Assessment answers, written examples, plan fields and reviews are encrypted at the application layer in Cloudflare D1. Derived numeric scores, account metadata and operational receipts are stored separately for scoring, reporting and account operations. HTTPS and the existing Firebase/passkey account system protect access. This is service-managed encryption, not end-to-end encryption; it permits the authorized operational access described below.
Who can access records
Your records are not public and other participants cannot access them. Authorized administrator accounts may inspect individual records for support, security or data-quality review. Each view requires a purpose and records the administrator reference, record reference and time. You can see those access records in your export. Review is selective, not a promise that every submission is monitored or that support is immediate. This is not a crisis or emergency service.
Aggregate reports show participation and activity. Score reports use each participant’s latest completed assessment; score cohorts below five are suppressed. These reports are for operating and improving the service, not employer screening or marketing personalization. Consulting access is separate from operational administration. Booking or asking about a consultation does not authorize access; consultant access is unavailable in this initial release.
Providers and separate choices
Cloudflare hosts the app and stores encrypted records, derived score metrics, operational access receipts and account metadata. Firebase continues to handle email authentication; optional passkeys use the existing account implementation. This career-management workflow sends no assessment, plan, evidence or review content to AI, MailerLite, Resend, a booking service or payment service. Existing AI and newsletter tools have separate choices. No newsletter enrollment follows from completing an assessment. Browser analytics choices remain separate, and private dashboard pages do not load visitor analytics.
Retention
- Incomplete assessments: 90 days after the last explicit save to the draft.
- Completed assessments: 12 calendar months after the final explicit save. To reassess or correct a completed attempt, create a new attempt; the earlier attempt remains until expiry or deletion.
- Plan cycles and associated review submissions: 12 calendar months after an explicit save to that cycle or one of its reviews. This renews the cycle’s record group; it does not renew unrelated assessments or cycles. Reading or opening records does not extend retention.
- Saving preferences and acknowledgment metadata remain with your account until account deletion.
- Operational admin-access receipts and content-free deletion receipts: 24 months. These may outlast account deletion to document actions. They do not contain the written responses.
- Cloudflare/Firebase logs and backups follow the provider arrangements and safeguards described in the main Privacy Notice. Local deletion does not prove immediate erasure from every backup.
Expired records are excluded from workspace access and removed from the active database by scheduled cleanup. We check cleanup results and backlogs. Before reopening the service from a restored backup, we reconcile deleted and expired records with the current deletion records and saving choices. This does not mean every provider backup is erased immediately. Active account retention remains governed by the main account notice; logging in alone does not renew these career-management records.
Your control
You can read, export and delete career-management records; correct drafts and plans; start new completed-assessment attempts; and submit a new review revision without silently replacing older submissions. Deleting a cycle also removes its review records. Account deletion cascades to these application records and derived score rows. The career-management export includes stored workspace records and operational access history. Your main account export also includes the workspace records. New saving can be turned off without accepting changed terms. That choice stops new saves and does not itself delete existing records. You can still export or delete stored data while saving is paused.
Exports contain sensitive career information; store them carefully. Calendar downloads contain a generic review title and date, without your plan text. Using your calendar provider is your choice. Contact support for requests not handled in the interface. We handle privacy requests under the requirements that apply to the request and your jurisdiction.
