An educational career tool
Career AI generates general guidance on career planning, job searches, resumes, interviews, compensation discussions, workplace situations, and professional advancement. It is AI, not Jeremy Fusilier. Jeremy has not personally reviewed individual answers. The tool is not personal coaching, an employment agency, or a service for making hiring decisions.
Use your own judgment
AI can give incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or biased answers. The service does not browse current sources or verify employer policies, vacancies, laws, or salary data. Confirm material facts independently. It does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, investment, immigration, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional when your situation requires one. No job, promotion, interview, salary increase, or other result is guaranteed.
Adult eligibility and US availability
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and reside in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. US territories and international access are not included in this release. Public registration, when open, does not require an invitation or payment. If access is temporarily invitation-only, the site will say so and invitations are single-use and non-transferable. State eligibility and US network location are checked for registration and AI access. Travel or a VPN can prevent access. An age affirmation is not identity or age verification. Give accurate eligibility information and update your state in Account if it changes; if it is no longer eligible, stop asking questions and contact Support. Account export and deletion remain available when AI access is paused.
Accounts and limits
Keep your passkey and recovery code secure. If both are lost, access may not be recoverable. Choose a nickname rather than your real name. The free allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused questions do not roll over. An AI-generated clarification may use a question. Questions stopped before AI inference do not count; responses withheld by our output check are refunded to the monthly allowance.
There are no payments or subscriptions in this version. Daily service capacity and abuse limits also apply. If the AI call fails, your monthly question is refunded; interrupted requests may take until daily maintenance to be reconciled. A reply successfully generated but lost because your connection drops may still count. Chat history is not retained for replay. The service may pause when free capacity is exhausted or for maintenance.
Acceptable use
Ask about your own professional development. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential documents, or content you lack permission to share. Do not use the service to impersonate others, fabricate credentials, discriminate, rank or reject actual job candidates, make automated employment decisions, bypass usage limits, or compromise the service. Multiple accounts to evade limits are prohibited.
Your content and choices
You retain rights in the content you submit. You permit its processing only as needed to operate the requested service and as explained in the Privacy Notice. You can stop using the service or delete your account. Access may be restricted for misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
As between you and the operator, you may use responses for your own lawful personal and professional purposes, subject to applicable law and model restrictions. We do not promise that AI output is copyrightable, exclusive, accurate, or free of third-party rights. Check it before copying or distributing it. Do not represent an answer as Jeremy's personal statement or endorsement. Brand names and site materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
Safety and scope
This English-language service is limited to general career preparation. It does not evaluate legal claims, agreements, deadlines, medical conditions, immigration, investment, tax, or whether you should resign. Do not submit identifying, sensitive, confidential, or third-party information. Browser and server screening may reject legitimate questions and may miss problematic ones; it is not a guarantee. An input-review checkbox is not consent to process sensitive data.
This is not a crisis service. Questions and answers are not monitored by a person. In the US, call or text 988 or visit 988 Lifeline for crisis support. For immediate physical danger, call 911. Outside the US, use local crisis or emergency services.
Availability and responsibility
This experimental service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This does not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular decision, or professional review. Independently verify information before relying on it.
Changes, suspension, and complaints
We may pause access for safety, abuse, capacity, or legal reasons, including discontinuing the service. Material changes will be announced on the site before taking effect where required. Updated terms require active acceptance before further AI use; declining does not block account export or deletion. New data uses that require separate consent will not be authorized merely by continuing to use the service.
Use Support to report an issue or question a restriction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a shortened legal claim deadline. Applicable mandatory law and available remedies continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Prior policy versions are available.
